Employee Spotlight: Cooper Surles

Cooper Surles started his career with the Texas Pipe Family of Companies in 2014 as a summer intern, where he worked in the pipe yard and warehouse getting familiar with PVF products. After graduating from college, he transitioned into a sales support role for Energy Metals.

Since 2016, Cooper has been working in a business development role for the Texas Pipe Family of Companies and representing the products of the Family of Companies in six different states.

Cooper is highly involved with the internship program and new hire training to give those interested in the PVF industry a well-rounded experience in selling piping components. His advice to junior employees: “Be reliable and someone that can be counted on by both your customers and your employer.”
