Employee Spotlight: Robert Rebollar
Robert Rebollar joined Installoy in 2014 as the first employee of the company. His role was to be an outside salesman. In time, Robert grew the team and became instrumental in the business development of the company. In 2019, he was promoted to President of Installoy, overseeing the sales of stainless and alloy products including seamless and welded tubing, super duplex 2507, and more.
Robert firmly believes in the importance of building relationships: “The people you meet early in your career will eventually become the people that help you close deals. I’ve learned that if you take the best of what you’ve learned over the years from friends, mentors, and associates it will put you in good standing when you are building your network.”
