In 2019, Dodson Global appointed Stephen Discianno as Vice-President of Ohio Valve Company. Under his leadership, the OVC brand has been embraced by the PVF market. His vision for the OVC team is to manufacture high-quality valve products that can have a lasting positive impact with distributors and end-users.
Stephen’s expertise in the valve manufacturing industry spans over 40 years and advises young professionals to never stop learning: “Never stop learning.
