Texas Pipe & Supply Acquires Industrial Valco

Houston, TX (February 1, 2023) – Texas Pipe & Supply is pleased to announce the acquisition of Industrial Valco, effective February 1, 2023.

Industrial Valco is a master distributor of carbon fittings, flanges, and valves with eight locations across the country. They are an excellent complement to Dodson Global and we are excited and proud for them to become a part of the Texas Pipe Family of Companies.

This acquisition helps strengthen our position in the market by adding inventory, people, and technology to our platform.
